This event is open to any Jewish teen in grades 8 to 11.

  • Meals included in the cost of the event.
  • Registration will be accepted after May 3, 2017 on a space-available basis.
  • Teens are expected to participate in the entire event. Fees are set at a full package rate and unfortunately we cannot prorate registration.

Finalized bus arrival and departure information will be sent in confirmation letters before the event.


Please note that participants may not drive themselves or others to, from, or during NFTY regional events, which does include driving to the bus stop.

Please leave valuables at home. Do not bring jewelry, electronic devices or large amounts of cash. Each participant is responsible for his/her belongings. 

Participants will receive an email confirmation letter one week before the event. The confirmation letter will include finalized bus arrival and departure information, a list of items to bring and other important information regarding the event.

If you need to cancel, the registration fees you paid will be refunded as follows:

Through April 27, 2017 – 90% of the registration fees paid
Through May 4, 2017 – 75% of the registration fees paid
Through May 11, 2017 – 50% of the registration fees paid

After May 11, 2017 we will not be able to issue any refunds for cancellation. If you have a documented medical emergency and must cancel after v you will be refunded 75% of the registration fees you paid.
Please allow up to six weeks after the conclusion of the event for your refund to be processed.

All cancellation requests must be in writing. We will accept cancellations by email to We’re sorry, but we cannot accept cancellations over the phone.
